OUTRISEENTERPRISES

PRIVACY POLICY · UPDATED 6 OCTOBER 2026

Your information.
A clear explanation.

This policy explains how Outrise Enterprises Private Limited handles information on this website and in enquiries sent to us.

Who handles your information

Outrise Enterprises Private Limited is based in India. For privacy questions or requests, email outriseenterprisespvt@gmail.com with the subject “Privacy request”.

The client questionnaire

The questionnaire asks for your name, work email, company and country, alongside your business challenge, current setup, timeline and desired support. Role, website and additional context are optional.

Your answers stay in the page while you review them. The form prepares a message for your email app; it does not automatically send the message or save the answers in our website database. If you choose to send it, we receive the information through our business Gmail inbox. Your email provider also handles that message under its own terms.

Why we use enquiry information

We do not add you to a newsletter from an enquiry or article comment. We do not sell these website submissions. Where applicable, responding to a requested proposal may involve steps toward a contract; ordinary correspondence and service security may involve legitimate interests. We do not rely on blanket consent for unrelated marketing.

Article comments

We collect your chosen display name (or “Anonymous” if you leave it blank), comment text, the article identifier, submission time and a random record identifier. We do not ask for your email address. A consent checkbox confirms that you agree to storage and possible publication. Comments are saved in the site's hosted database and reviewed before publication. Approved comments show the display name, text and date to people who can access the site.

Using “Anonymous” changes the public label; it does not guarantee that hosting requests are untraceable. Illustrative discussions prepared by Outrise are clearly labelled and are not visitor submissions.

Please avoid passwords, financial account details and private information about customers or other people. You can request removal or withdraw your permission to publish by emailing us with the article name and comment reference shown after submission. Withdrawing permission does not undo processing already performed before withdrawal.

Retention

Unapproved comments expire after 30 days. Approved comments expire 12 months after submission. Expired records are excluded from display and deleted during the next comments or review request. Removal requests can be handled sooner. Hosted backups or operational records may follow the platform's own retention cycle.

For emails, we assess whether information is still needed for an active enquiry, ongoing service, a dispute or applicable recordkeeping duties. We review inactive enquiries for deletion; we do not promise that every email or provider backup is erased on a fixed date.

Service providers and access

OpenAI Sites and its hosting infrastructure, including Cloudflare, process website requests and store comments. Google processes correspondence sent to our business Gmail account. People working with Outrise may access relevant information where needed to respond or deliver agreed services. We aim to limit access to the information needed for that work.

Our team is based in India and service providers may process information in other countries. The website does not guarantee storage in a particular country. If your project requires specific data-location or transfer safeguards, discuss them with us before sharing customer records.

Technical information, fonts and cookies

The hosting platform may process IP addresses, request information and operational logs to serve and protect the site. Our comment application does not store IP addresses in its comment records. The site loads fonts from Google Fonts, which may receive technical request information when your browser loads them.

We have not added advertising pixels or third-party analytics to this website. Hosting and sign-in features may use essential cookies. We do not use browser storage to build visitor marketing profiles. External sites and your email provider have their own policies.

Your choices and requests

You can choose not to send an enquiry or comment. Required form fields are needed only to use those features; you can email us directly instead. Depending on the law that applies, you may have rights to access, correct, erase, restrict or obtain a copy of information, withdraw consent or object to processing, including direct marketing. Contact us to exercise these rights. We may ask for enough information to identify the relevant record without collecting unnecessary details.

You can also raise a concern with the relevant data-protection authority where applicable. For UK guidance, see the Information Commissioner's Office.

Automated decisions and changes

This website does not make automated decisions about your eligibility for services. Our team reviews enquiries and article comments. If the way we collect or use information changes, we will update this page and its date.
