OUTRISEENTERPRISES

BEFORE WE TALK

Good questions.
Clear answers.

What to expect when we discuss improving a process in your business.

What does Outrise help businesses improve?

We help organise business processes, connect repeatable tasks, manage enquiry follow-up and coordinate customer operations. A first project focuses on one agreed workflow and the people responsible for it.

Do we need AI for every automation?

No. Fixed rules can handle tasks such as removing duplicates or routing an approved status. AI may help with interpretation or drafts; important decisions can stay with a person.

Can you work with the tools we already use?

We start by reviewing your current setup. Our working examples connect Google Forms, Google Sheets and Apps Script, and use Make, Google Drive and Telegram. Additional apps depend on available connections, permissions and the agreed scope.

What have you already built?

Our portfolio includes a working candidate qualification and follow-up system and a two-scenario social-content creation, approval and regeneration workflow. See Our Work for the steps and screenshots.

Can these workflows be used outside recruitment?

Yes, the structure can be adapted for business enquiries, quotation follow-up and onboarding. We agree the statuses, checks and handoffs for the new use case before building it.

Will automation replace our staff?

The aim of a project is to improve an agreed process. We define which tasks software handles and where people provide judgement, customer communication and approval.

Do you provide ongoing customer-care support?

Customer enquiries, follow-up, onboarding and issue coordination can form part of an agreed service. Channels, working hours, responsibilities and available delivery capacity are confirmed before work begins.

How much does a project cost?

We discuss the workflow, current tools and expected outcome before giving a proposal. Any software subscriptions or usage charges should be identified separately from our service fee.

Do you guarantee a particular revenue or time saving?

No. We agree useful measures for the pilot and compare the complete process, including review and correction work. Results depend on the workflow, its inputs and how the team uses it.

What information should I share in an enquiry?

Your business details, the process causing difficulty and the outcome you want. Please do not send passwords, payment-card details or sensitive customer records through the enquiry form.

How is my enquiry sent?

The current questionnaire prepares an email for you to review. Your answers are not submitted to our server. You choose whether to send it through your email app or copy it into another email service.

Are article comments published immediately?

No. Comments are saved for review. Your display name and comment may appear after approval. We do not ask for your email in the comment form. See the privacy policy for retention and removal requests.
